Warranty
All Gili B designs are hand-made using the finest materials. Each design bears a registered trademark, which guarantees that the piece was manufactured by our company and that the metal content is as stamped.
Repairs
We fully stand behind the quality of our products. If a product is damaged, we will repair it without charge except when work was performed by someone other than Gili B. or if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Defective products will be replaced. We will also gladly make repairs due to accidental damage or wear, first providing you with an estimate for your approval detailing labor and materials costs before proceeding.
Terms and Pricing
Prices of the items ordered are based upon the actual weight of materials in the finished jewelry. All purchase orders are subject to the final approval of Gili B. Credit terms are available upon credit approval, with open account for businesses that are highly rated by the jewelers board of trade. Non-rated accounts are invoiced COD. Shipments will not be made to past due accounts until the balance is current. Past due invoices will incur a 1.5% service charge per month on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to deny any purchase or change payment terms.
Shipping and Insurance
Orders are usually shipped complete within 3-4 weeks via 2nd day UPS insured parcel, with an adult signature required at delivery. Overnight shipping is available upon request. Shipping cost are based on the value of goods and method of shipping.
Custom Orders
All of our designs can be customized and we will gladly turn your sketches or concepts into a masterpiece of jewelry made just for you, using Platinum, 18K or 14K white, yellow or rose gold. We will send you a drawing and cost estimates for your approval and keep you informed through the entire process, including anticipated delivery. Special orders require a deposit and all custom order sales are final.
Returns
If you must return an item, please contact us by phone or email first. We accept returns that have been pre-authorized and within 15 days of delivery that are in excellent, new condition along with a copy of the invoice. After 15 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Returned items cannot be altered in any way. We cannot accept returns on customized jewelry.
Co-op Advertising
Our co-op advertising program is designed to help you successfully promote and sell our brand. We will provide 50% of advertising cost up to 5% of your annual purchase, offered as merchandise credit to your account. Co-op funds do not accrue from year to year. Co-op is only for print, radio and television and must include the Gili B logo. We do not provide co-op credits for postage, website or social media.
